Lead Product Manager, Enterprise AI & Automation

Lead Product Manager for Enterprise AI & Automation responsible for defining Marqeta's Enterprise AI strategy, governance, and adoption across internal platforms and employee tooling. Collaborate with business units, AI Steering Committee, and BT engineering to identify high-value AI use cases, translate requirements into FRD/TRD, evaluate platforms/tools, run pilots, and drive measurable business value. Own the rollout and change-management plan, ensure governance guardrails, and foster AI adoption through an internal community of practice. Balance innovation with responsible AI, stay current on no-code/low-code AI platforms, and manage vendor selection and contracts. This role requires hands-on capability to configure agents, evaluate vendors, and lead cross-functional collaboration while operating within a Flex First, US-based national-location framework.
