Lead Product Manager, Enterprise AI & Automation

Lead and own the Enterprise AI & Automation program at Marqeta, defining the enterprise AI strategy, governance frameworks, and multi-quarter adoption roadmap. Partner with business units to identify high-value AI use cases, articulate functional and technical requirements for internal AI platforms, and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle—from vendor evaluation and pilots to scale and adoption. Drive governance, prioritization, and measurable business value through Plan and Commit processes, backlog management, and governance guardrails. Collaborate with Architecture Review Boards, AI Steering Committee, Procurement, and BT engineering to ensure IT standards and compliant AI deployments. Own rollout, change management, and organizational capability-building including an AI Champion Network, with a strong emphasis on adoption metrics, post-launch stabilization, and continuous improvement. Expect hands-on involvement with AI tooling, configuring agents when needed, and staying current on evolving AI technologies to inform strategy for a fintech/regulatory environment.
