Lead Product Manager - Digital & AI

Job Summary
Lead cross-functional team to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of new digital and AI-powered products from concept through validation and readiness to scale. You’ll set the vision, roadmap, and identify opportunities through customer insight, market signals, and clinical evidence, then lead 0→1 product development from concept and prototype through pilot, validation, and scale readiness. Partner with design, engineering, AI/ML, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to deliver outcomes that are desirable, clinically credible, technically feasible, and commercially viable. Translate complex user, clinical, and technical needs into intuitive product experiences, influence stakeholders, build business cases, and foster a culture of experimentation and product excellence. This role requires 7–12+ years of digital product management experience, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to work across AI/ML, data science, engineering, UX, and clinical stakeholders to improve health outcomes at scale.
Required Qualifications
- 7–12+ years of digital product management experience, ideally in digital health, AI/ML, or regulated technology environments
- Proven success building 0→1 products through discovery, experimentation, validation, and launch
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Experience working closely with AI/ML, data science, engineering, UX, and clinical stakeholders
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder leadership across technical and executive audiences
