Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate-level education in STEM, Economics/Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in technical software product management or software engineering/architecture.
- Consistent track record of great, differentiated product releases.
- Experience designing APIs, data structures, and platform capabilities and evangelizing to engineers and stakeholders.
- Experience defining business process flows, that break down large, complex initiatives into iterative work for the engineering teams.
- Experience working with UX team members or be willing to take a first pass at designs.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get it done, no matter what it is, for the sake of the team and our customers.
- Sense of humor, we don’t take ourselves too seriously and love to have fun.
- Opinions - you should be familiar with a lot of products in consumer web/mobile as well as scaling cloud products and have convictions around what you do and don’t like.
- A mentality that customers come first, team second, and yourself third.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and find the answers to your own questions.
- Deep product or engineering experience at one or more highly successful (and ideally hypergrowth) companies.
- Expertise in a metrics and data-driven environment with skills in data tools such as SQL and Tableau.
- Experience with split-testing design and interpretation.
- A driven, relentless - but positive! - attitude.
Desired Qualifications
- Some experience in a product leadership, software engineering role or demonstrable experience in developing apps or tools.
- Knowledge of product management best practices.
- Knowledge of data science best practices.
- Agile methodology experience.
- Product strategy/road-mapping experience.
- HTML/CSS/JS/C#/Database/Cloud development experience (for prototyping).
- Familiarity with Tableau (for creating new reports).
- Automotive industry experience.
