Job Summary
Lead Product Manager to lead a team of Product Managers, shape client engagements, drive product strategy across industries, mentor team, recruit, embed career progression, support resourcing, and lead digital transformation engagements for clients. You will report into the Head of Product Operations, represent the team as it grows, lead a team of Product Managers, support recruitment, mentor and coach, act as an escalation point, shape the Product Management ways of working, and collaborate with senior leadership and clients to define and implement product strategies aligned with client vision. Required to develop people at all career stages, apply product management frameworks, conduct discovery with clients, use data to steer direction, and thrive in an agency/consultancy environment. Flexible/hybrid remote options are offered with offices in Edinburgh, Leeds, London, Manchester, and Bulgaria, plus UK remote work.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading product-focused engagements
- Knowledge of product management frameworks and continuous discovery and delivery
- Strong people development and coaching skills
- Experience with product research and evidence-based value propositions
- Data-driven decision making
- Experience in an agency/consultancy environment
- Knowledge of web and mobile technologies
- Ability to facilitate discovery workshops with clients
- Comfortable with ambiguity and providing clarity
