Job Summary
Lead Product Manager for Convergence + MDU Monetization focused on enabling converged growth for MDUs across move-in to move-out lifecycle, defining and operationalizing converged growth strategy, owning the MDU-specific offer portfolio, ensuring channel readiness, pricing, eligibility, and billing alignment, and driving cross-functional execution across Product, Technology, Sales, Care, Marketing, Billing, and Analytics to maximize attach, retention, and lifetime value. Responsibilities include developing channel playbooks, reducing offer sprawl, partnering with Marketing for messaging, and leading test-and-scale loops to make convergence a repeatable growth motion with measurable performance across offers, channels, and resident journeys.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred
- 5+ years of experience in product management, monetization, GTM operations, or revenue operations
- Demonstrated experience operationalizing complex, multi-channel offers at scale
- Strong understanding of pricing, eligibility, billing, and customer lifecycle mechanics
- Proven ability to influence across organizations and drive results without direct authority
- Strong executive communication and written storytelling skills
Additional Requirements
- Office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and located in Dallas, TX; no relocation offered
