Job Summary
Lead Product Manager, Consumer Finance and Mortgage Experience responsible for translating Realtor.com’s Finance and Mortgage vision into a high-impact product strategy, integrating financial tools (mortgage calculators, pre-approval workflows, rate shopping) into the core home-shopping journey, and driving growth through high-quality lead volume, CRO, and frictionless user experiences. You’ll own the product roadmap end-to-end, manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with legal on regulatory risk, socialize success metrics, and partner with lenders and internal stakeholders to deliver differentiated consumer finance experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years of domain expertise in Finance or Mortgage (Finance, FinTech, or Financial Marketplaces)
- Deep understanding of lead generation models, marketplace dynamics, and advanced CRO methodologies
- Knowledge of the regulatory landscape (RESPA, etc.) governing mortgage and financial services products
- Strategic systems thinking to architect multi-sided platform experiences
- Analytical, data-driven mindset for high-volume user data
- Executive-level presence with communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
