Job Summary
Own product capabilities end-to-end from ideation through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement for the CLC Business License Solutions product. Champion the customer by incorporating feedback, market insights, and usage data into prioritization decisions. Leverage AI and automation to accelerate discovery, requirements definition, and delivery efficiency. Drive product strategy by owning backlogs, balancing customer value with strategic objectives, and partnering with engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to translate needs into clear requirements. Lead agile delivery through sprint planning and backlog refinement, ensuring completed work meets quality standards and business objectives. Validate solutions and measure impact via KPIs and adoption metrics to inform future priorities.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, or software development within enterprise environments or related fields
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work US East Coast hours
- Proven ability to operate in distributed, matrixed organizations with strong cross-functional collaboration
- Experience applying AI and automation in product development to enhance requirements definition, accelerate delivery, or enable intelligent product capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, driving delivery from concept through release
- Proficiency with software development and product analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, or similar)
- Ability to travel as needed (<10%)
- Hybrid role requiring at least eight in-office days per month at a Wolters Kluwer office located within 50 miles of your home
- Available to work East Coast hours
