Job Summary
Own the strategic roadmap for a business-critical product, making it accountable to Net Revenue Retention, Monthly Active Users, and feature adoption. Present strategy and defend it under scrutiny to executive and C-suite stakeholders while engaging directly with enterprise customers in active sales cycles. Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success on positioning, deal support, and renewals as an ongoing responsibility. Hold a strong point of view on front-end design, UX quality, and technical decisions with ML and backend engineering teams. Mentor product managers and set the standard for product craft, rigor, and process across the cross-functional team. Use agentic AI tools to drive research synthesis, spec drafting, and roadmap analysis.
Required Qualifications
- An understanding of what it takes to sell B2B SaaS and AI products into large, regulated, or enterprise organizations
- A well-informed point of view on developer and agentic productivity and performance
- Experience using agentic tools as part of your own workflow
- An opinion on where agentic tools are heading
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous, and multi-product environments
- A strong, data-driven product leader who knows when to lean on data and when to lean on judgment
- The ability to understand and shape the product experience
- The ability to hold your own in a technical conversation with both engineers and executives
