Job Summary
Lead Product Manager, AI controlling product strategy, prioritization, roadmap, discovery, execution and rollout. You’ll work directly with the Founder, Engineering and customers, translating user problems into clear product decisions and high-impact features. The role emphasizes AI-first product development, rapid delivery, and close customer interaction to shape an AI-native product culture. Must have 3-5 years in product roles (PM, Head of Product, Founder or similar), strong ownership, technical background with at least one programming language (Python, JS, TypeScript), data-driven mindset, and excellent German. Role is in-person in Berlin, full-time, with equity potential, starting July 2026.
