Job Summary
Lead the AT&T Guarantee product end-to-end as part of the Lead Product Manager role, shaping the long-term vision, roadmap, and lifecycle from research through launch and adoption. Drive customer-centric growth by translating customer feedback and NPS data into actionable strategies, collaborate across Engineering, Network, Marketing, and Customer Experience to deliver a seamless experience, and influence market leadership through competitive analysis and strategic positioning. Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership are essential to move metrics, win customer loyalty, and set industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required
- 7+ years of experience in product management or product marketing
- Experience in telecom, consumer tech, or subscription-based services
- Proven track record of leading complex products through the full lifecycle
- Executive communication, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Deep customer-first mindset and a passion for transforming insights into measurable business impact
- Bonus: Product marketing experience (go-to-market planning, product positioning, or driving customer adoption strategies) is a plus
