Job Summary
Lead Product Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable full stack applications on the Cloud; drive system architecture decisions and deliver features end-to-end in collaboration with product managers, data analytics, operations, and external vendors. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and delivering complex features across systems, mentoring team members, promoting best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation, and contributing to AI-enabled solutions for a suite of products that track medical devices and supplies across markets. Required skills include full stack development in Python, AWS, Angular, and relational databases; strong experience in modern SDLC and Agile approaches; familiarity with AI technologies and APIs, and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. The role is Hybrid in Bangalore, India, with the team of over 15 engineers reporting to the Director of Software Engineering, and requires 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Strong experience designing and developing full stack applications
- Experience with Python, AWS, Angular, relational databases
- Experience with AI-enabled development tools or AI technologies is a plus
- Solid understanding of software architecture and system design principles
- Experience with SDLC methodologies including Agile
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities
- Experience in healthcare/biotech domains is preferred
