Job Summary
Lead Product Experience Strategist responsible for improving product decision quality before development begins; analyzes end-to-end operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and quantify business impact (time savings, cost avoidance, error reduction, risk mitigation); influences decisions on what to build, modify, defer, or stop; defines future-state workflows and experience direction to improve efficiency and scalability; partners with Product and Engineering to challenge assumptions using data and evidence; supports build vs. buy decisions based on workflow insights; role focused on decision quality, not execution, with healthcare/regulated environments preferred. This is a full-time, 3-days hybrid role based in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, offering strong growth opportunities and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years in product strategy, experience strategy, service design, UX strategy, or strategy-focused product management
- Strong operational workflow thinking (beyond UI or feature-level design)
- Proven ability to influence product decisions upstream
- Demonstrated experience quantifying business impact and communicating outcomes clearly
- Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority
- Experience in healthcare or other complex/regulated environments is preferred
