Job Summary
Lead Product Designer responsible for delivering best-in-class web and mobile UX/UI at Verkada. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers in an agile environment to define product vision, create low-fidelity wireframes through pixel-perfect designs, mentor junior designers, lead brainstorming with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships while conducting user research as needed. Requires 7+ years of product design experience, a strong portfolio, and a Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field. Sponsorship for employment visas is provided.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of product design or mobile product design experience
- Bachelor's degree in design, art, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating polished visual and interaction design skills
- Proven experience in creative problem solving and partnering with product, engineering, and other designers
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
