Lead Product Designer

Lead Product Designer responsible for shaping AI-first product design across web, mobile, IIoT, and analytics; defines design processes and standards, partners with Product and Engineering to shape product strategy and user experience vision, champions user-centered design throughout the lifecycle, leads design reviews, and drives consistency and quality. Will mentor and recruit design talent, contribute to building a robust design system, and design AI-powered experiences including assistants, automation, and intelligent workflows with a focus on intuitive, trustworthy user experiences. Works across web and mobile platforms with enterprise SaaS focus, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
