Job Summary
Lead Product Designer to shape RADAR’s web experiences across internal onboarding tools and customer-facing analytics dashboards. As a senior individual contributor, define how CX, support, and onboarding specialists navigate complex workflows, translate data into intuitive interfaces, and guide customers to success. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and CX to drive strategy, mentor other designers, evolve design systems, conduct user research, and measure impact. Drive end-to-end design from concept through launch, balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of product design experience, including web and mobile
- Experience shipping software products to production
- Experience designing internal tools, operational systems, or complex dashboards
- Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex workflows and data-heavy experiences
- Familiarity with designing for complex systems with multiple user roles, permissions, or workflows
- Proven track record of influencing product strategy and leading initiatives as a senior IC
- High level of craft in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture
- Experience working closely with cross-functional partners in fast-paced environments
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across undefined problem spaces
- Experience mentoring or guiding other designers
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
