Job Summary
Lead complex customer experience and design engagements, aligning business goals with user-centred and AI-enabled product opportunities. Partner with clients to shape product vision, design strategy, and experience roadmaps. Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and data-driven design to deliver meaningful business and user outcomes. Contribute to the evolution of Capco’s design methodologies, including human-AI interaction and responsible design practices. Support and mentor designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and high-quality delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading UX/UI design initiatives within consulting, agency, or in-house environments
- Strong understanding of digital product development, agile methodologies, and stakeholder collaboration
- Experience working across the end-to-end design lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on inclusive, user-centred design
- Bonus: experience contributing to or scaling design systems and UX frameworks
- Knowledge of behavioural science, human factors, or experimental design approaches
- Familiarity with AI-enabled design tools, workflows, or emerging technologies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including data and engineering
- Background in financial services or other regulated industries
