Job Summary
Design the interface for Piper's AI brain, shaping its personality, goals, and objection handling logic through code or AI tools rather than traditional Figma prototypes. Craft the live chat and video experience where the AI acts as a sales rep, focusing on micro-interactions, latency handling, and tone to ensure credibility. Prototype directly with engineering and ML teams to define autonomous agent workflows for enterprise sales, moving from problem definition through ship without gatekeeping.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of product design
- at least 2 years on AI or conversational experiences
- understand LLM behavior (latency, streaming, confidence, failure modes) and design for it honestly
- Fluent in AI tooling as a core part of how you work, not an experiment
- Strong visual and interaction craft
- Comfortable without a detailed brief
- You define the problem alongside the solution
- Works directly with eng and ML
- No handoff culture
Desired Qualifications
- Voice, video, or real-time communication design background
- Familiarity with enterprise sales or CRM workflows
- Experience designing multi-step autonomous workflows
