Job Summary
Design software and workflows to optimize food flow through facilities, managing dashboards, staging, sorting, and courier handoffs. Build tools for kitchen partners to scale order preparation and fulfillment, while creating products that support restaurant onboarding, rent management, and operational support. Leverage AI to design customer-facing solutions and internal tools for smarter decision-making. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to plan, test, and launch products that solve real user problems, conducting discovery research to inform strategy. Contribute to the design system and participate in cross-functional reviews to refine high-impact solutions. This onsite role in San Francisco or Mountain View supports Atoms' mission to deploy Physical AI in food, mining, and transport industries.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product or UX design
- Strong full-stack design skills; from interaction design to visual design to system thinking, and everything in between
- A proven track record of building products from the ground up and working effectively with cross-functional partners
- Familiarity with designing complex data-driven applications like dashboards, maps, and analytics
- Familiarity with designing mobile apps
- An impact-driven mindset that prioritizes delivering value to customers as fast as possible
- An ability to be a strategic partner by helping to understand the competitive environment and shape a vision for how our products will fit in the market
- A team player who is a proactive communicator, has no ego, and loves to collaborate with others
- Sound judgement that combines data with instinct to build the right thing and meet business objectives
- This role is based in our West Coast (San Francisco or Mountain View) office
- all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week
