Lead Product Designer - Facility Tech

Job Summary
Optimize food flow through facilities by designing software and workflows for dashboards, staging, sorting, and courier handoffs. Empower kitchen partners with tools for order management, production workflows, and operational insights. Build lifecycle support products covering onboarding, rent management, and maintenance requests. Leverage AI to design customer-facing solutions and internal design team tools. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to plan, test, and launch products that solve real user problems. Conduct discovery research to surface insights and refine ideas through design critiques. Contribute to the core design system to ensure consistency across products.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product or UX design
- Strong full-stack design skills; from interaction design to visual design to system thinking, and everything in between
- A proven track record of building products from the ground up and working effectively with cross-functional partners
- Familiarity with designing complex data-driven applications like dashboards, maps, and analytics
- Familiarity with designing mobile apps
- An impact-driven mindset that prioritizes delivering value to customers as fast as possible
- An ability to be a strategic partner by helping to understand the competitive environment and shape a vision for how our products will fit in the market
- A team player who is a proactive communicator, has no ego, and loves to collaborate with others
- Sound judgement that combines data with instinct to build the right thing and meet business objectives
- This role is based in our West Coast (Seattle or Los Angeles) office
- all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week
