Job Summary
Capsule is seeking a Lead Product Designer to drive design projects, focusing primarily on product design with secondary emphasis on brand and marketing. The successful candidate will lead all design initiatives, collaborate closely with co-founders, and gather customer feedback to enhance product features. Ideal candidates should have a diverse skill set encompassing UX, UI, motion, and visual design, be proficient in Figma, and possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit with high emotional intelligence.
