Lead, Product Design

Lead the Product Design function for a fully remote role based in Malaysia, shaping end-to-end product experiences across multiple markets with AI-powered design processes. Design problem framing to polished UI, prototype rapidly, and collaborate with product managers to sharpen requirements. Own UX/UI for multiple markets and verticals, drive conversion-focused experiences across core flows, growth pages, and microsites, and evolve the Figma design system for consistency and accessibility. Partner with engineers to ensure design intent is implemented, contribute to QA, and champion AI-accelerated design practices. Lead and mentor a small team of 2 Product Designers, delivering actionable feedback and supporting career growth. Requires 7+ years in UX/UI or product design with a portfolio covering product features and marketing/growth work, 2–3 years of leadership, proficiency in Figma and modern design systems, strong interaction design and responsive layouts, experience with AI tools, and English with Mandarin/Cantonese a plus. Bonus: HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge; comfort collaborating with remote, cross-functional teams.
