Lead Product Definition Engineer

Job Summary
Create definitions of parts, modules, and assemblies in 2D cross sections, 3D models, and tolerance stack-ups to support analysis, manufacturing, and inspection. Lead product definition support for Engineering and Company functions with autonomy, managing small low-risk projects and staffing team members. Propose alternative solutions for complex manufacturing processes and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Participate in design reviews and substantiation documentation while conveying performance expectations and resolving sensitive issues. Requires advanced engineering experience, Czech or Slovak language proficiency, and fluent English communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Advanced experience in the Engineering/Technology & Product Definition
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
- Czech or Slovak language
- Fluent English communication skill
