Job Summary
Lead procurement systems improvements and successful implementations through cross-functional partnerships. Administer, configure, and maintain procurement systems and tools while managing data and system migrations. Assess training needs, develop materials, and deliver effective programs for end users. Demonstrate deep understanding of system design to identify issues and offer creative solutions. Communicate status updates and risk assessments to the management team. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners to drive initiatives across the enterprise.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in Procurement Systems Management, Source to Pay Process Design, or system implementation
- Experience implementing, administering, and integrating SaaS software
- Experience in the design and deployment of new systems and processes at scale with an emphasis on continuous process improvement
- Proven interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and implement ideas in a dynamic changing environment
- Must work well in a team environment
- Must be a collaborative, resourceful and independent self-starter
