Job Summary
Execute follow-up activities for Purchase Orders and manage supplier relationships for PO execution. Manage problems and schedule changes while keeping the ERP updated with accurate forecasts. Ensure smooth supplier payment activities and handle claims or PO changes in coordination with the Project. Resolve issues using established procedures and consult senior team members for matters outside defined parameters. Collaborate on technical information exchange and perform data entry requiring face value checks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field: Engineering / Supply Chain Management / Business / Economy
- Proven experience in Procurement and Supply Chain for technical/mechanical commodities (preferably metals) within Engineering, Construction, and Turnkey projects
- Project management mindset with strong compliance and controllership focus

- Fluent in English
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- familiarity in contract execution and Procure-to-Pay processes within SAP-based ERP systems
- A successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary
Desired Qualifications
- An Engineering Degree is a plus
- Experience in the Power Generation / Energy industry
- preferably working technical knowledge of Hydro or correlated segments
- Technical knowledge of Welded Structures, Steel and other Metal commodities
- Spanish, French or German is a plus
- Technology enthusiast
- Passion/aptitude for both software and information technology
- Up to date with current industry standards, digital tools
