Job Summary
Drive product line level metrics improvement on fulfillment while managing PO accuracy and invoice resolution. Monitor material arrivals, supervise supplier performance, and facilitate visits to mitigate fulfillment risk. Support new supplier promotion, develop SOPs, and manage regular forecasting for stable material inflow. Update safety stock levels based on production volume and assist with NPI activities. Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge required. Hybrid schedule with two days remote and three days in the office.
Required Qualifications
- Business or Technical University or College degree
- Significant experience in sourcing
- Significant experience in implementation of continuous improvement
- Significant experience in quality improvement efforts
- Fluent English
- Hungarian knowledge
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Familiarity with ERP integrations
- Proficiency in MS office
- Legal eligibility to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary
- Hybrid work arrangement (two days remote and three days in the office)
