Job Summary
Administer and support S2P platforms, including Coupa, ensuring high system availability and reliability across India, Apac, and Australia. Lead the planning, testing, and deployment of system upgrades in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, while investigating and resolving system incidents and service requests. Configure system settings, workflows, forms, and catalogues to support evolving business requirements, and develop training and documentation to drive user adoption. Participate in SIT/UAT testing, create test plans, and provide regular status updates on system projects. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance system performance and business processes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years Business Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
- Working knowledge of cloud-based procurement systems
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and best practices
- Self-motivated and directed individual, strong team player, and problem-solver
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Effective communication and alignment with stakeholders including peers, technical resources, and senior executives, using strong written and verbal communication skills
- A desire to experiment with, explore, and organize data to deliver meaningful business narratives
- Coupa certified or System admin experience within other S2P platforms
- Microsoft Office Experience in preparing PowerPoint presentations
- JIRA or similar service desk application experience
