Lead Processing Operations Supervisor

Lead Processing Operations Supervisor responsible for supervising clinic staff, supporting daily operations, and coordinating clinical and administrative tasks. Perform clinical duties including patient intake, EKGs, blood draws, and exam room preparation. Review and process medical evaluation reports for accuracy and completeness; collaborate with providers to ensure documentation meets quality standards. Maintain medical records, databases, and clinical supplies. Provide training and operational support to multiple locations. Travel to assigned clinics with occasional overnight travel. Requires a detail-oriented healthcare professional with EMR experience and strong communication and teamwork skills. Hybrid work arrangement combining in-office and remote work.
