Job Summary
Orientate new team members on dress codes, safety, and sanitation while mentoring staff. Communicate with supervisors, QA, and USDA regarding line information and complete required written and electronic reports. Set up equipment daily for start-up, monitor belt speeds, and ensure standards and quality are met. Assist with timekeeping management including schedule rotations and breaks. Ensure daily goals are met, help set new goals, and improve morale with organizational skills and USDA compliance. Participate in team meetings, foster cohesiveness, and resolve issues to achieve synergy. Maintain familiarity with Simmons operating systems and principles. Perform other duties as necessary in support of business objectives.
