Lead Processing C6 BV

Lead Processing C6 BV responsible for assisting the supervisor to meet production requirements per company, customer and government requirements. Essential responsibilities include orientating new team members and mentoring, communicating with team members, supervisors, management, QA and USDA regarding information about the line, completing required written and electronic reports, assisting with timekeeping management of line/department employees, setting up equipment for the line daily for start-up while ensuring standards and quality, working on the line with product and monitoring belts to ensure proper speed, ensuring goals are met daily and helping set new goals and improve morale, participating as a team member and in ongoing development of team concepts and policies, following BEST practices, familiar with Simmons operating systems, performing other duties to support business objectives, adhering to PPE requirements, and noting that forklift and pallet jack license may be needed. Industry experience preference for poultry or food processing; strong communication, multitasking, and leadership skills are valued. Travel: N/A.
