Job Summary
Oversee 2nd shift operations from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., ensuring peak productivity through safe mold changes, successful startups, and strict adherence to First and Last Shot Check sheets. Maximize Good Parts Per Hour output by monitoring machine auto reject alarms, conducting thorough parting line cleanings, and executing shift hand-offs with raw materials secured for four hours. Complete subordinate evaluations, maintain authored work instructions, and participate in Manufacturing and Quality Operating System meetings. Assist in new process development, including molding setup, robot programming, and tooling reviews, while supporting warehouse management and equipment maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of applicable work experience
- Experience with computer and/or computer related systems
- Robotics and/or automation experience
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Computer Training
- Robotic and/or Automation Training
- Decoupled molding by R.J.G.
