Job Summary
Develop end-to-end recruiting and employer branding processes by identifying automation and AI potentials, then leading transformation projects to implement them. Translate strategic goals into concrete process logics while managing stakeholder dependencies and ensuring transparent progress reporting. Establish data-driven KPIs and control instruments to drive organizational efficiency and quality across people, systems, and digital assistants. Structure complex change initiatives with high ownership, leveraging analytical skills to guide teams through optimization efforts within a flat hierarchy. Build a new key role with direct influence on operational workflows and steering mechanisms in a growing organization.
Required Qualifications
