Job Summary
Lead Technical Process Engineer to drive process improvement initiatives for UMA across the enterprise; defines, maps, and coordinates process improvement projects, partners with PMO leadership to roadmap business analysis and reengineering efforts, and leads implementation with senior leadership focus. Requires strong analytics, Visio/Planview AgilePlace proficiency, data visualization (Power BI/Tableau), and experience in Six Sigma/Lean/ISO 9000 methodologies, plus agile capabilities and change-management/comms skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or business-related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, scope & resource definition, possibility/solution work stream generation
- Minimum one-year experience working in a virtual environment
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders to accomplish a common goal
- Ability to prepare clear, well-written documents such as briefings, requirements documents, and white papers and conduct oral presentations
- Ability to interview and facilitate focused group discussions as well as work collaboratively and build consensus across the enterprise
- Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of standards-based process improvement/reengineering, and business analysis practices (Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, ISO 9000 Methodologies) with demonstrable skills in related tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of information technology development practices, technology, SDLC and terminology, including applications, data, quality assurance, security, and infrastructure domains
- Experience working in an agile framework
- Experience with process redesign and implementation
- Solid change management and consulting skills
- Ability to prioritize competing deliverables
- Data visualization with Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Planner, Visio, and Planview AgilePlace
- Experience with Azure DevOps and/or other similar solutions (e.g., Planview, Workfront, etc.)
- Experience developing process solutions using BPA, Workflow, RPA, or similar technologies
- Able to support a diverse and inclusive work environment
- BPM certification
- Knowledge of ARIS is a plus
