Job Summary
Lead procedural incident forensics during high-severity failures by analyzing MOP execution, change management approvals, and maintenance logs to identify procedural drift. Execute programmatic, unannounced, and scheduled audits of site-level compliance to verify Facility Managers and technicians strictly follow authorized Methods of Procedure. Own the enterprise documentation lifecycle by ensuring engineering change orders and procedural mandates are successfully injected into every site's local runbook and CMMS. Audit third-party vendor execution to confirm adherence to SLA requirements, dosing protocols, and safety standards. Partner with the Lab Manager and Site Operations to verify local teams have completed mandatory training before interacting with live systems. This role ensures fleet-wide Standard Operating Procedures are standardized across all sites and immediately updated based on empirical data from Incident RCAs.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), compliance auditing, or critical facility operations management (e.g., Data Centers, Nuclear Power, Aviation, or high-level manufacturing)
- Deep understanding of critical environment Change Management processes
- Deep understanding of lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures
- Deep understanding of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Exceptional investigative skills
- Proven ability to interview site staff
- Proven ability to reconstruct procedural timelines
- Proven ability to enforce strict compliance standards without creating adversarial relationships with local Operations teams
