Job Summary
Lead/Principal Enterprise Architect responsible for shaping and executing the technology roadmap across global operations. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define a 5–8 year Enterprise Architecture and Technology Reference Architecture, ensuring scalability, adaptability, and alignment with strategic initiatives. Define AI reference architectures and governance to enable responsible, scalable AI adoption; communicate architecture guidance to Solution, Platform, Data and Security Architecture teams; drive innovation and integration of AI capabilities; maintain risk governance and documentation; participate in Technology Leadership Team and liaise with vendors to align roadmap with business needs. Requires strong leadership, executive-level communication, and deep expertise in AI/ML patterns, global enterprise architecture, and modern digital technology stacks. Hybrid work model with 3 days per week onsite at the Toronto location. Four Seasons is committed to accommodation and inclusivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar international role
- 10+ years of experience in roles similar to Solution or Platform Architect
- 5+ years of experience presenting to Executive leadership
- Strong understanding of AI/ML architecture patterns, data requirements, and integration approaches within enterprise ecosystems
- Experience with Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) preferred
