Job Summary
Conduct global analytics and market research in targeted metros to develop site selection opportunities and determine market rates. Negotiate commercial terms with data center operators and stakeholders, then construct and negotiate complex lease agreements including Master Service Agreements, NRC service orders, and lease renewals. Align base build and data hall designs to Oracle's specifications while driving accountability for on-time delivery and operational compliance. Prepare periodic investment write-ups and presentations for internal governance in collaboration with capacity planning, engineering, legal, and operations teams. This role requires strengths in stakeholder management, analytics, and negotiation to execute complex transactions across the global portfolio.
