Job Summary
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following Montessori pedagogy while planning engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, monitor their progress, and document student development. Lead innovative learning activities that foster children's growth and create a harmonious environment for students and fellow teachers. Assist in creating a positive learning environment supported by resources and a collaborative culture. Requires 2-5 years of experience with children ages 3-6, a Montessori training certificate, and 12 ECE units. Starting pay is $32.00 to $35.00 hourly.
