Job Summary
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following Montessori pedagogy while planning engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Monitor children's progress and development, assess student outcomes, and document their individual growth. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times and lead innovative learning activities that foster children's development and growth. Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day. Requires a Lead Teacher Montessori Training and Certificate, 2-5 years of experience, and 12 ECE units. Starting at $32.00 to $35.00 hourly.
