Job Summary
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following Montessori pedagogy while planning engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Monitor children's progress and development, ensure their safety and well-being at all times, and document student outcomes. Lead innovative learning activities that foster children's growth and create a harmonious environment where students and fellow teachers thrive. Assist in building a supportive learning community through strong communication with parents and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Lead Teacher Montessori Training and Certificate
- 2-5 Years of Experience
- 12 ECE Units
- College degree
- Experience working with children ages 3-6
- Willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
- Patience
