Job Summary
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following Montessori pedagogy, planning engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Assess and document student progress while ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times. Lead innovative learning activities that foster children's development and growth within a harmonious environment. Monitor individual student progress and development closely. Requires Lead Teacher Montessori Training and Certificate, 2-5 years of experience, and 12 ECE units. Starting at $32.00 to $35.00 hourly.
