Job Summary
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following Montessori pedagogy while planning engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Assess and document student progress, ensure the safety and well-being of children, and lead innovative learning activities that foster growth. Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers thrive, utilizing strong communication skills to interact with parents and staff. Requires Lead Teacher Montessori Training, a college degree, and 2-5 years of experience working with children ages 3-6. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $32.00 to $35.00.
