Job Summary
Lead Pricing Analyst for Hologic’s Breast & Skeletal Health Solutions Finance team. Responsible for pricing reporting, revenue analytics, and pricing governance across the product portfolio. Partners with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership to develop and maintain actionable pricing insights that support profitable growth and informed commercial decisions. Leads pricing and revenue reporting, evaluates pricing strategies, promotions, and incentives, and supports forecasting and budgeting. Analyzes product/segment performance to improve ASP, mix, and margin, strengthening pricing governance across the division. Serves as a thought partner to Finance and cross‐functional leaders, translating complex pricing data into clear insights. On-site presence at Marlborough, MA headquarters four days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required
- 5–8 years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or a related analytical finance role
- Direct experience in healthcare, med tech, or medical devices preferred, including familiarity with industry pricing dynamics
- Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, pricing strategy, and commercial performance analysis
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, QlikSense, or similar platforms
- Ability to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that support pricing and revenue decision‐making
