Lead – Press Operator – LCU

Lead the daily operation of high-speed tablet press equipment in a GMP manufacturing setting, oversee production lines, provide coaching and guidance to operators, review schedules and batch/work orders, monitor performance and product quality, perform setup/changeovers and routine maintenance, ensure complete documentation and records, conduct inspections and rounds, collaborate with Maintenance/Quality/Production to resolve issues, collect process samples for regulatory compliance, ensure line clearances and changeovers follow procedures, prepare equipment for maintenance including decontamination and lockout/tagout, maintain housekeeping and safe material handling, enforce GMP/SOPs and safety policies, participate in safety programs and continuous improvement, respond to equipment malfunctions and emergencies, and support a high-volume manufacturing operation with rotating shifts and potential overtime.
