Job Summary
Engage children in age-appropriate activities to stimulate physical, emotional, and intellectual growth while ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. Create a positive, supportive environment by implementing daily routines and addressing behavioral issues through effective management techniques. Maintain open communication with parents regarding child progress and concerns. This role requires previous childcare experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and strong classroom management skills. Shifts are available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 1:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in childcare, daycare, babysitting, or related field
- Knowledge of infant care, toddler care, preschool curriculum, and caregiving practices
- Strong classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment
- Ability to adapt to different age groups and individual needs of children
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with parents and colleagues
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred
