Job Summary
Lead Preschool Teacher responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring less experienced teachers; managing a safe, nurturing classroom environment; implementing the L.E.A.P. Curriculum across infants, toddlers, and preschoolers; communicating with parents; and partnering with center staff to support enrollment and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred
- At least six months of professional teaching experience required
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred
- High school diploma/GED required
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
