Job Summary
Lead Preschool Teacher responsible for leading and mentoring classroom staff, managing a safe and engaging environment, implementing the LEAP Curriculum across infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, communicating with families, supporting enrollment and engagement, and fostering a growth-minded culture in the classroom.
Required Qualifications
- At least a high school diploma or GED; Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred
- 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred; at least 6 months required
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role
