Job Summary
Lead Preschool Teacher responsible for creating an engaging, welcoming classroom for infants to preschoolers, implementing the LEAP Curriculum, fostering academic and emotional growth, and communicating regularly with families. The role involves partnering with daycare staff to support enrollment and center success, building relationships with families and coworkers, and contributing to a dynamic learning environment where play and learning occur seamlessly. Candidates should have 1 year of teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months (required) and an associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or a HS diploma/GED (required).
