Job Summary
Prepare lesson plans one week in advance and implement weekly curriculum covering all areas of child development. Establish professional rapport with families to provide quality care while ensuring the safety and well-being of each child. Maintain organized, clean classrooms and conduct biannual parent/teacher conferences in November and May. Carry out daily classroom responsibilities for preschoolers, including lifting up to 40 lbs and performing physical tasks like running and climbing stairs. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm at a licensed childcare center.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma
- ability to pass all background checks
- associate's or a bachelor's degree in early childhood education
- completed associate's or bachelor's degree with at least 12 credits of early childhood education or their equivalent
- Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
