Job Summary
Join our team as a Lead Preschool Teacher to nurture young minds and create a safe, stimulating environment for 3 to 4 year-olds. Responsibilities include planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, fostering an inclusive learning environment, ensuring children's health and safety, maintaining positive communication with parents, supervising assistant teachers, and adhering to licensing regulations. Candidates must possess a Child Development Associate Credential or equivalent, have at least 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting, and hold CPR and First Aid certification.
Required Qualifications
- A Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) or college degree in Early Childhood Development Education or equivalent is required
- At least 3 years of experience working with 3 year-olds in a licensed childcare setting
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
