Job Summary
Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children while implementing age-appropriate lesson plans provided by the school. Manage classroom behavior to ensure a safe learning space and support each child's individual learning needs, fostering social and emotional growth. Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children to build a supportive community. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must hold a minimum of a CDA, TCC or Associates in Early Childhood Education or Bachelors in a related field
